Great job on the new article, Judge Konquer! Although you COULD shift the captain's army to a new article, while Jack's article still continues to be a HQA. This would be a much more easier classification! Anyways, good job, and you'll soon become a sysop for sure! Or at least a rollback! Well, a sysop is someone who controls part of the wiki, could delete pages, could ban baddies, could edit protected pages. You could ask, maybe, Ninjinian or Kwiksilver about it. A bureaucat is someone who could quite about promote/demote others, along with all the other powers of that of a sysop. When you're a bureaucat, you could NEVER be demoted, unless with request.
