Slushia is a large island south of the Ninja Archipelago. It's Culture Matches East Pengolia's, except that their governments differ.
History[]
The Island of Slushia was first Inhabited by Slushian Viking Penguins somewhere around 100 A.D. They came and settled on the western shore on the island and claimed and inhabited the land for the Keefian Slush, which was a country that was ruling on another island. Eventually, the Natives gained their independance from the Keefian Slush, and created their own Empire, called Slushia, which was named after the Keefian Slush. It was decided that the capital would be Foronezh, which it was for several centuries until 1242, when the famous Czar (Emperor), Czar Pieter the Better, founded the city of Saint Ninjiniansburg (back then, it was just called Ninjiniansburg, since Saint Ninjinian I wasn't born yet). Czar Pieter the Better made St. Ninjiniansburg the new capital, and is still the current one until 1991, when it was converted to Moshiko. Slushia continued it's peaceful life until the Khanzem War in 1913, when Khanzem attempted to invade Slushia. However, they were very close to taking over the capital city when a horrible snowstorm covered the Khanzem Forces. They retreated, and Slushia has thrived ever since.
East Pengolian Annexation[]
During the MAI Island Frenzy of 2010, East Pengolia happily annexed Slushia into their nation.
Geography[]
Slushia has a colder climate compared to Snowzerland. Except that Slushia has Tundra Grass insdtead of regular Grass. The Region of Iceberia, however, snows there year-round. Slushia has also many thick forests and plains. The Fural Mountains is a long mountain chain that runs across Slushia, and seperates Slushia from Iceberia.
Government[]
The Government of Slushia is an Absolute Monarchy, run by a Czar. The Czar rules all by himself, without a parliament. However, just recently, the Citizens have come up with a Constitution for Rights, and the Czar approved it.
Culture[]
Slushia's Culture is very unique, and is identical to the culture of East Pengolia.
Cuisine[]
- Slushia Enjoys to eat Soups, Salads, and Slushian Dumplings for main dishes.
- For Drinks, Slushians love Cream Soda, Tea, and Kefir.
- The Slushians also love to make cakes and pies.
Fashion[]
Most Slushians wear modern, fashionable clothes in the cities, but in the very rural places, most penguins still wear the traditional Slushian peasant clothes.
