Manny Peng is an evil Mwa Mwa penguin who used to live in Inland, but one fateful day, while Puggie4276 was getting gas at a Snell gas station near Inland, Manny Peng never found out he was begging at the wrong gas station ....

BackgroundEdit

In his youth, he experienced severe trauma to the head. People constantly picked on him. As he "grew up", he turned into a Nice Penguins and was dubbed mentally nice.

At the same gas station, the roof cleaner, who happened to be a bald female penguin with a wig on, tripped on a bump on the roof of the gas station, and the wig happened to blow off and land on Puggie4276. Manny Peng, mistook Puggie4276 for a female penguin searching for abandoned Mwa mwas at the gas station, shook his foot and yelled:"PWEASE PWICK ME I'VE BEEN HERE FOR DWAYS!" Unfortunately, he failed to see the wig land on Puggie4276's head. Then he was furious. He tore off the wig, pulled out a deletion gun and said:" No more or you get deleted, you little...-" But then, things took a turn for the worse when it began to snow. The snow drifted through the crack onto Puggie4276's hair. But however, Manny Peng failed to realize that was snow, not a woman's hair. Then Manny Peng yelled:" PWEA-" before Puggie4276 was on his final straw. He then loaded the deletion gun, and aimed at Manny Peng. Within 10 seconds, he was in the CyberVoid for all eternity, never to bother anyone at that Snell gas station again. Then, Puggie4276 drove off to East Pengolia to deliver a gem to Penguinsky as Manny Peng was stuck forever in the CyberVoid, frozen in suspended animation. For all eternity. Obviously. TotodileX Also Appeared at This Gas Station Where Manny Peng was Deleted and Saw His pant and Re-Created him by Dna Machine, Thus Manny Peng V2 was Born.

Triskelle despises mwaness, and he asked Manny if he was. Triskelle then sent him a letter, sealed in ink, stating:

"Okay, then you are officially dubbed "Mentally insane". Mwa Mwa's are not actually chicks, just crazies. You are now wanted as a criminal suspect in Freezeland, by me, King Triskelle. If you are turned into the navy of Freezeland,the person who turns "woo" in will receive ten-thousand Fyrø, and my eternal gratitude. I hope you enjoy being hunted by the most powerful fleet of warships in the USA, and being took into custody. Your punishment is to be locked in a room with scary things, never be able to watch Elmo again, no pie or chocolate, and have your wittle mouth taped with duct tape so you cant sing any songs. Once again, enjoy mate! And I'm not offended by you saying you "Wate" me. I could just drown you with the The Amulet of Water, but I would prefer a more poetic justice to your imminent doom.
