Background[]
The pen was created by the High Penguins during Olde Antartica. The High Penguins kept it safe until it was recently discovered by Penghis Khan. The PSA then took it for further studying. Many have drawn many things with the pen. Chicks use it to draw toys. Mwa Mwa Penguins use it to draw Petguins. The pen is currently in the flippers of Perry, G's realative.
