Kingvile is a Large City built by King Penguins. It was inhabbited by many King Penguins. During Colonial Antartica, they lived independantly as a Monarchy, only to be overthrown and replaced by a Parlimentry Republic. It lacked Tech Advances and was overun by UPRC, but it was given a chance and it was annexed into the UPR.
Background[]
During Colonial Antartica, on the Republica Isles, there were a few scattered King Penguin clans that always would fight each other. However, a wise but old chief mannaged to unite several smaller clans and attack one of the biggest clans. With that, all the clans were united. The wise old chief declared himself King, apointing other chiefs as Governers of states. During the later years of Colonial Antartica, there was revolt, which changed the system of govermant. The Monarchy was replased with a Parlimentry Republic, which ruled until the arrival of the United Penguin's Republic Colonies. The UPRC took over, abolishing the Parlimentry Republic. The UPRC improved the city, making it a bit more larger.
