The KO is developed by the head Chat1240.The KO is a fast progressing organization in Cyberland.The KO serves as a secret agency in the country,the KO also developed death penalties.The death penalties are used for citizens who had break a law over 10 times.
The KO is the leading organization in the country,the organization also serves as a medical center for those who needs help.

- The imperial forces did everything in Cyberland to capture it,but they failed because KO is on the back.This bastards have been trying to capture Cyberland for centuries with no success.
Penguin Rebel Forces
- They are the KO's most worst rival ever,On March 21,2012 this army made the worst thing happened in the wiki,the PRF devestated over 15 articles and blamed it on Cyberland.(WORST CASE SCENARIO)
