Flash von Tachonacho is a black puffle feared by everyone penguin known to be a penguin. He is completely emotionless excepting fear, cruelness, anger, rage, and rudeness. He uses the sound of anybody's voice instead of a bedtime story. He has had thousands of surgeries by various doctors, all who are mystified about Flash's continuous attitude about why none of them haven't worked yet (and never will). Worst of all, he is Mabel's girlfriend. He still hates her, but less then any other thing that has ever existed. She is the only puffle he feels worthy swearing with (how touching).

When Mart456t is sick for Calaflagust Council Meetings Flash substitutes for him, who always brings his lawyer briefcase, witch all his cutlery. During the meetings Flash continuously disrupts the meetings by 2 or 3 hours just to BLINK. This results in violence, riots, and toilet paper raids. By the end of the meeting, they're clean out of toilet paper.
