Club Penguin Fan Universe:Settlement Classification

Any settlemant inhabited by the citizens of the USA will be classified according to population numbers of that settlement Village, Town, City, Metropolis. In order for the settlement to be a Village the settlement must have the population numbers between 1 to 2,000. In order for the settlement to be a Town the settlement must have the population numbers between 2,000 to 10,000. In order for the settlement to be a City the settlement must have the population numbers between 10,000 to 25,000. Any settlement above the 25,000 mark will be classifed as a Metropolis.
