Barry
Barry(or Barry.F Chapsworth) is the mayor of the Fat Planet and like everyone else living there he is fat.He is right now suffering phase 3 of the Fat sickness and because he gets fed 100 times a day with 50 food items per each fedding,he's SUPER close to reaching phase 4.Penguins are planning to make sure he doesn't die of the sickness.
History[]
When he was born both of his parents were close to reaching phase 1 of the fat sickness so he was born chubbier than most other penguin chicks.When he was 7 they sold him to a penguin who became a really kind father to him and sent him to a fine collage when he was 21.He passed then worked at McDoodles for abit until he was caught eating alot of the food for free.From eating so much that the following day he was in phase 2 of the fat sickness.He along with most fat penguins went to the fat planet.He became mayor soon after afterwards.

- 1:Everyone living there but researchers MUST be over 90 pounds.
- 2:100 of each fast food restraunt MUST be built.
- 3:To join as a rank of lawtizm you MUST be over 120 pounds and passed collage.
- 4:When someone who is in you family dies you have to get as much pounds as they were to remeber them.
- 5:During a food holiday you must only eat that food that day.
- 6:If you lose the needed weight of 90 pounds you'll be put in prision and MUST eat 1,000 burgers and other fatty foods or until you weigh 700 pounds.
- 7:Whoever's mayor STAYS mayor until they die.
- 8:Watching Ninjinian's health videos are banned,anyone caught doing this will be arrest on the spot and put in trial.
- 9:The Happy Go Go Company never goes out of buisness.
- 10:The mayor HAS to be the fattest no matter WHAT.
